FAQ
Booking and payment
How much does it cost to rent?
₱450 per day. For rentals of four days or more, the rate drops to ₱400 per day, applied automatically when you pick your dates.
How do I book?
Choose your dates on the rental kit page and pay the 50% down payment. That locks the camera to your dates — we never double-book. The remaining balance is paid before we hand the gear over.
Is the down payment refundable?
No. The 50% reservation down payment is strictly non-refundable, because your dates are held exclusively for you from the moment you book.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes — ₱1,000, collected at pickup and fully refundable when the gear comes back in the condition it left in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, GoTyme, and QRPH.
Pickup and return
Where do I pick up the camera?
For rentals of 1–3 days, you can pick it up at Eriksson's Apartments, Humay-Humay Road, Gun-Ob, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu 6016.
Google Map: 8X55+43V, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu
Landmark: Small road right across from the entrance of Lapu-Lapu Public Cemetery.
Do you deliver, or can we meet somewhere?
For rentals of 1–3 days, pick-up only. For rentals of 3 days or more, we can arrange a meet-up somewhere that fits your itinerary.
How long is a rental day?
Exactly 24 hours from the moment the gear is handed over. A one-day rental booked at 2 pm is due back at 2 pm the next day.
Can I change my rental dates?
Yes, with at least 12 hours' notice. Within 12 hours of your scheduled start, the booking is final.
What happens if I return the camera late?
A ₱50 per hour late fee applies. Late returns hold up the next renter, so we keep to the agreed return time.
What you get
What is included in the kit?
Everything you need, in one case:
- Insta360 Ace Pro 2 camera body
- Extra high-capacity battery and a 3-slot charger, plus a Type-C cable
- 256GB high-speed microSD card and a USB card reader
- Waterproof case, protective frame and floating hand grip
- Selfie stick/tripod combo and a standard mount adapter

Can I take it in the water?
Yes. The waterproof case and protective frame are included with every rental, and a protective dive housing is available for freediving and deeper work.
Will one battery last a full day?
You get a spare battery and a 3-slot charger with every rental, which covers a normal day of island hopping or canyoneering. For back-to-back full days of filming, charge overnight.
Damage, loss and liability
What if I scratch or damage the camera?
You are responsible for the gear while it is with you. Any damage — scratches, dents, cosmetic or structural — forfeits the full ₱1,000 security deposit, and there are no partial refunds of the deposit. If repair costs exceed ₱1,000, the difference is payable.
What if the camera is lost or stolen?
You would need to pay the full market value of the unit or replace it.
