Before renting our cameras and equipment, please carefully review the rental policies and terms below. By proceeding with this rental, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Equipment Release & Rental Duration
• For rentals of 1–3 days: Pick-up only (no meet-up available).
• For rentals of 3 days or more: Meet-up or pick-up may be arranged.

Equipment will be released strictly on the confirmed rental date and time. Early release is not allowed.

The rental period begins upon hand-over and ends upon return.
1 day = 24 hours

2. Changes to Rental Date or Time
Any request to modify the rental schedule must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled rental are considered final and non-adjustable.

3. Strict Return Schedule
Late returns disrupt operations and will incur additional charges.

Late return fee: ₱50 per hour

The Lessee agrees to strictly follow the agreed return time.

4. Downpayment & Payment Policy
• A minimum 50% downpayment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Downpayments are strictly non-refundable.
• Full payment must be completed before equipment hand-over.

5. Lessee Responsibilities
The Lessee agrees to:

• Use the equipment only for its intended purpose
• Exercise proper care to prevent damage, loss, or theft
• Return the equipment in the same condition as received
• Immediately notify the Lessor in case of malfunction or damage

6. Damage, Loss & Liability
The Lessee is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

• Repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit
• If costs exceed the deposit, the Lessee agrees to pay the balance
• In case of loss, the Lessee must pay the full market value or replace the unit

Any form of damage (including scratches, dents, cosmetic, or structural damage) will result in the forfeiture of the full ₱1,000 security deposit.

No partial refunds of the deposit will be issued.

7. Termination of Agreement
The Lessor reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if any terms and conditions are violated.
