Things to know

Pickup & Return

  • 1-3 Day Rentals: Pick-up only.

  • 3+ Day Rentals: Meet-up or pick-up available.

  • 24-Hour Cycle: 1 day equals exactly 24 hours from handover.

  • Strict return schedule. Late returns disrupt operations and incur a ₱50/hour late fee.

Payment & Deposit

  • A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your reservation (strictly non-refundable).

  • Full balance must be paid before the equipment is handed over.

  • A ₱1,000 security deposit is required upon pickup.

  • Any changes to your schedule must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Care & Liability

  • Please treat the gear as if it were your own. Return it in the same condition received.

  • You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during your trip.

  • Damage Policy: Any scratches, dents, or structural damage results in forfeiture of the full ₱1,000 deposit (no partial refunds).

  • If repair costs exceed the deposit, the Lessee agrees to pay the balance.
